OUR STORY Luminary Emporium is a mother-daughter team (EST. 2020) that puts supporting artisan makers first. We're all about beautiful, quality candles at fair + transparent prices. Luminary was born in early 2020 when Rowan found there was no where for Canadians to get quality soy candles by many artisan makers all in one marketplace. In 2023, our candle studio moved to join our brick & mortar location in Peterborough, Ontario, where all our candles are produced and packaged.
OUR CANDLES Our candles are all hand-poured by North American makers, with a focus on small and woman-owned businesses (just like our own)! We carry over 20 independent brands we love, but we also craft many of our own collections of candles and look forward to launching several new collections in Spring of 2022. Always made by hand with soy + other sustainable vegetable waxes. Always phthalate and paraffin-free. Never overpriced.
